This article walks you through how Challenge Convert works, how to use it, and what to expect after you submit.

What Is Challenge Convert?
Challenge Convert lets you redeem your eligible payout for a brand-new trading account instead of (or in addition to) cashing out. The challenge cost is deducted from your payout directly, any leftover balance is sent through your chosen traditional payout method (Card, Crypto, Rise, or Bank Transfer), and the new account is delivered to your inbox automatically once your payout request is marked Completed.

How to Use Challenge Convert
Step 1: Open the Payout Request Page
From your dashboard sidebar, click Payouts. At the top of the page, you'll see your payout summary card with:
Account ID
Starting Balance
Ending Balance
Profit Split %
Eligible Payout
Your Eligible Profit Split
Step 2: Enter Your Cash Payout Amount
In the Payout Amount in $ field, enter the cash portion you'd like to receive through a traditional method. If you want to convert your full payout into a new challenge, leave this at $0 (or the minimum required by your chosen method).
Tip: Your Refund Bonus (shown on the right) is automatically included on top of your eligible profit split and counts toward your Total Eligible Payout.
Step 3: Choose Your Payout Method
Select Crypto, or Rise from the Payout Method dropdown, then enter your destination details (Crypto Address, or Rise Email) in the field on the right. This method will be used to send any remainder after the challenge cost is deducted.
Step 4: Toggle On Buy A New Challenge
Click the Buy A New Challenge collapsible section to expand it. An express checkout panel will open with the 55% OFF promo pre-applied to all account types.
Step 5: Select Your Preferred Account Type and Account Size
Choose your Account Type, Size, and Platform. Only the challenges your remaining budget can fully cover will be selectable, anything outside your Total Eligible Payout will be grayed out or hidden.
Heads up: As you select a challenge, the Reward Summary on the right updates in real time so you can see exactly how much will go to your cash payout vs. your new account.
Step 6: Review Your Reward Summary
Before submitting, double-check the Reward Summary on the right side of the page.
Step 7: Claim Your Payout
When everything looks right, accept the Terms & Conditions and click Claim My Payout.
That's it — your cash payout will be processed through your chosen method, and your new Challenge Convert account will be delivered automatically once the request reaches Completed status.
Understanding Your Reward Summary
The Reward Summary panel shows a full breakdown of how your payout is being allocated:

Total Account Profit | Total profit earned on the funded account |
Reward Percentage | Your profit split tier (e.g., 80%) |
Eligible Profit Split | Your share of the total profit after the split |
Refund Bonus | Bonus added to your payout, redeemable as cash or crypto |
Total Eligible Payout | Eligible Profit Split + Refund Bonus — the total you have to work with |
Challenge Convert | The cost of the new challenge you're buying (after 55% OFF) |
Cash Payout | The remainder being sent via your chosen payout method |
Total Payout Value | The full value you're claiming (Challenge Convert + Cash Payout) |
Next Starting Balance | Your funded account's balance after this payout is processed |
After You Submit
Your Cash Payout
The Cash Payout amount appears as your Requested Amount on dashboard and is processed through your chosen method within standard timeframes.
Your Challenge Convert Account
Once your payout request status changes to Completed, your new trading account is created and delivered automatically. You'll receive an email at your registered address containing:

⚙️ Account Configuration: Account type, program, size, promo code applied, profit split, payout schedule, conditions, double-up status, refund booster status

Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes of your payout being marked Completed.
Important Rules & Availability
Where it applies: Challenge Convert is only available from the Payout Request page. You can't use the 55% OFF promo through the regular checkout flow.
What's shown: Only account types and sizes that your Total Eligible Payout can fully cover will be displayed.
One use per payout: The Challenge Convert option is tied to a single payout request, you'll see it again with each new payout you become eligible for.
Remainder handling: Any payout amount above the challenge cost is returned through your selected payout method (Crypto, or Rise).
