Revive account feature (2-step Pro)

Continue your Phase 1 challenge without restarting if your account failed while in profit.

Updated this week

Overview

Breached your Phase 1 account but were still in profit?

With the Revive feature, you can continue your 2-step Pro challenge without restarting from zero. Instead of beginning the challenge again, Revive allows you to continue from the progress you already achieved toward your profit target.

The revive cost is calculated based on how much of the profit target you completed before the breach.

Important: This option is available for 48 hours after the breach and can only be used once per account.

How the revive feature works

If your account breaches Phase 1 while still in overall profit, you may be eligible to revive the account.

When you revive your account:

  • Your trading progress is preserved

  • You continue from your achieved profit level

  • The revive cost scales based on your progress

The revive price is calculated using the following formula:

Revive Cost = Paid account price + (Paid Account price × percentage of profit target achieved)

This means the more progress you achieved toward your profit target before the breach, the higher the revive cost.

Pricing examples

Example 1

Paid account price: $500
Profit target progress at breach: 50%

Revive Cost
= $500 + ($500 × 0.50)
= $500 + $250
= $750 total revive payment

Example 2

Paid account price: $1,000
Profit target progress at breach: 65%

Revive Cost
= $1,000 + ($1,000 × 0.65)
= $1,000 + $650
= $1,650 total revive payment

Note: The revive price increases proportionally based on how much of the profit target was completed before the breach.

Revive eligibility requirements

Your account is eligible for Revive only if all conditions below are met:

  • Account type: 2-step Pro challenge

  • Failure occurred in Phase 1

  • Account was in overall profit at the moment of breach

  • No Reset or Revive has been used previously on that account

Important: If any of these conditions are not met, the Revive option will not appear.

Revive restrictions

  • Revive is only available in Phase 1

  • Revive is not available in Phase 2

  • Only one recovery action is allowed per account

This means:

  • If you use Revive, the Reset option becomes unavailable

  • If you use Reset, the Revive option becomes unavailable

If the account fails again after using Revive or Reset, the account becomes permanently failed.

Important: Using Revive removes payout refund eligibility.

Revive availability timer

You have 48 hours from the moment of breach to revive your account.

After the timer expires:

  • The Revive option disappears permanently

  • The account must be restarted by purchasing a new challenge

How to revive your account

  1. Go to the Metrix dashboard for your challenge

  2. Click Revive Account

  3. Choose your payment method and complete the payment

Once completed, your account will continue from your previously achieved progress.

When revive may not appear

The Revive option will not be available if:

  • The breach occurred in Phase 2

  • The account was not in profit

  • A Reset or Revive was already used

  • The 48-hour revive window expired

If your account meets all eligibility conditions but the option is still missing → escalate to a teammate.

FAQs

What does the Revive feature do?

Revive allows you to continue your Phase 1 account from the progress you had already achieved instead of restarting the challenge.

The formula is:
