The Clarity Desk is the monitoring view built into your FundingTraders dashboard for funded accounts. It exists so that nothing about your standing with the Risk team is a surprise: your Discipline score, which trades were flagged, which product requirements still block a payout, and what you would receive if you requested one right now.
The Clarity Desk does not introduce any rules of its own. It is the transparent view of rules already published in the Discipline Program article and in your product Terms, shown while you trade instead of explained after the fact.
Who Has Access?
The Clarity Desk is available on funded accounts only.
Evaluation accounts are not included. During evaluation you trade toward the profit target as usual, and review takes place when you hit the target and move toward funding. If a starting Discipline Program tier is assigned at that point, it will be visible in the Clarity Desk from your first day of funding.
Where to Find It
Open the Clarity Desk from your FundingTraders dashboard.
You do not log into FirmGuard separately. There is no second login and no separate credentials to request.
If you hold several funded accounts, use My accounts in the account header to switch between them. Everything below is per-account.
The Account Header
The top card identifies the account you are viewing and summarizes its standing at a glance.
Account number, size, and product — for example #104305, $100,000 2-Step Pro Funded, with an ACTIVE status badge and the time of your last live data sync.
Profit split — the split currently applied to this account, shown as a pill. At Standard this is your product's own split. If the account is on a Discipline Program tier, the tier split replaces it.
Discipline — a score out of 100 with a status label beneath it. Caution means the account is showing patterns our Risk team monitors, even if no strike has been issued yet. Treat it as an early warning, not a penalty.
Strikes — how many Discipline Program strikes this account carries. The Rules chip beside it opens the rule definitions.
Last strike — the date of your most recent strike, or a dash if you have none.
Balance and Equity — your live account figures.
Violation profits — profit produced by flagged trades. This is the figure clawbacks are calculated against, and it is shown separately from the payout Profit figure below.
The Four Rule Tiles
Under the header, four tiles show the status of each core behavioral rule for the current period. Each reads either Clean or a count of flagged trades, and each expands to show the trades behind the count.
Overleverage — margin usage on a single trade above the permitted maximum.
Outsized risk — planned stop-loss risk on a trade idea above the permitted maximum.
Revenge — a new position opened too soon after a significant loss.
Overexposure — repeatedly approaching your product's daily loss limit. This one is a coaching flag: it can raise your tier, but it never adds a clawback.
Exact thresholds for all four are in the Discipline Program article, and the Rules chip in the account header opens them in-app.
A tile showing flagged trades does not automatically mean a strike has been issued. Strikes are applied on review, and several flags found in the same review usually count as one step on the ladder rather than one strike each.
Overview, Live Trades, and News Calendar
Three tabs sit below the rule tiles.
Overview is the default view: payout, product requirements, risk hygiene, and graduation progress.
Live trades shows your current open positions. These are not part of the current period's closed-trade net, so they do not appear in the payout figure.
News calendar lists upcoming high-impact events with a count of those scheduled. Use it alongside your product's news rules, which are enforced regardless of Discipline Program tier.
Reading the Payout Panel
The payout panel covers the current period. Each figure means something specific.
Profit is that period's closed-trade net, floored at $0. It is not violation profit, and it does not include floating P&L on open positions.
You receive is that profit with your current split applied, labeled with the split in force, for example Standard · 80%.
Deducted appears only when clawbacks exist on the account. Deductions are recorded when a strike occurs and applied at your next payout request, not withdrawn from your balance at the time of the strike.
Three things traders commonly ask about this panel:
Overexposure never adds a clawback, so a strike from Rule 4 can raise your tier without changing this number.
Profitable revenge trades in the period are deducted in full. Losing revenge trades add no deduction.
If deductions meet or exceed eligible profit, the payout may be held at $0 net payable. Your account may still remain active unless it has been discontinued.
Product Requirements
Beyond the Discipline Program, your product's own payout gates stay in force regardless of tier. The requirements strip shows how many you currently meet, for example 1 of 3, and each gate shows its own progress:
News profit cap — the share of profit taken around news events, against your product's ceiling.
Trading days — completed days against the minimum required.
Payout schedule — days remaining until your next eligible request.
The Request payout button stays available, but a request submitted with unmet gates will not clear. Check the strip first.
Risk Hygiene
This section covers process quality rather than profit and loss.
SL at close — the share of closed trades that had a stop-loss in place at exit, with a count of unprotected trades beside it. This is the metric behind the no-stop-loss hygiene strike described in the Discipline Program article.
Win rate — the share of closed trades that finished profitable, for context alongside the above.
Risk hygiene is worth checking even when every rule tile is Clean, because it shows how your process reads before it becomes a strike.
Graduation Tracker
On a Standard account with no Discipline tier, this panel shows an empty state, since there is nothing to graduate from. Tracking begins when a strike places the account in Warned RMG or above.
Once you are on the ladder, the panel tracks each criterion for your current tier and shows what is still outstanding. Graduation is automatic when the criteria are met at the same time, and no reassessment email is required. A strike during a cycle resets the counters for that tier, and the panel reflects that reset.
The criteria themselves, for both the Warned RMG path and the full Tier 1 and Tier 2 set, are listed in the Discipline Program article.
Before You Request a Payout
A short pass through the Clarity Desk before you submit:
Check the payout panel for profit, deductions, and your net after split.
Check the product requirements strip for news cap, trading days, and payout schedule.
Check the four rule tiles, in case a recent flag has changed your standing.
Check Live trades, since open positions are not part of the period's closed-trade net.
Check the Graduation Tracker, since you may be one clean cycle away from a better split.
Common Questions
I cannot find the Clarity Desk in my dashboard.
It is available on funded accounts only. If you are still in evaluation, it will appear once your account is funded.
Do I need a separate FirmGuard login?
No. The Clarity Desk opens directly from your FundingTraders dashboard.
My Discipline score says Caution but I have zero strikes. What does that mean?
The score reflects monitored patterns, not only issued strikes. Caution with zero strikes means behavior worth correcting has appeared on the account before any consequence has been applied.
A rule tile shows flagged trades. Is that a strike?
Not on its own. Strikes are applied on review, and several flags in the same review usually count as one step on the ladder.
Why does my payout show $0 net payable?
Deductions from flagged trades met or exceeded your eligible profit for that period. Your account may still remain active.
A flagged trade looks wrong to me.
Appeal it. Details below.
