Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try us for free with the new Novice accounts! Phase 1 of the Novice Challenge is completely for free, and you pay once you pass Phase 1. This way you can test your skills and our platform.
What account types do you offer?
Traders can choose between Pro account, Novice Account (Free Phase 1, Pay After Passing) and Instant Funding (Best for Experienced Traders). Head over to our help center to know all the rules for each account type.
How do I get a payout?
To initiate a request: Go to the Payouts tab in your dashboard, select your account, and choose how you want to receive your funds — via Crypto or Rise. Once approved, we’ll process your payout!
